Include an option to express convert in context menu to a specified format. Include hd video formats for mobile.

This program has everything. It will surely be nice if an option was added in the right click menu to convert to a format and place it in the same folder. Also show some good progress bar/anims during conversion. Include support for formats like flv which is popular and also increase formats for hd video in smartphones.
